RAJA RAM ARORA:

Sh. Raja Ram Arora S/o Late Shri Vishwanath Arora is the senior most partner in the firm. He is a science graduate gold medalist. After completing his studies in 1951, he joined his father in the same business. He gained a lot of experience under his father’s guidance. Now he has wide and varied experience in the business of manufacturing and trading of high class suiting and shirting. He is a businessman having all dynamic qualities which a succesful businessman should possess. He will be looking after all the affairs of the company for which he is well versed by virtue of his experience.

LALIT ARORA:

Sh. Lalit Arora , son of Sh. Raja Ram Arora is a partner in the firm. He has wide and varies experience in the business of manufacturing and trading of high class suiting and shirting. Born in the year 1958, after completing his B.Com with gold medal in the year 1977, he joined his family concern M/s Kanpur Woollen Textile Mills as a partner. Under the able guidance of his father , he gained a lot of experience in this line and now he is considered as the businessman having all dynamic qualities which a successful businessman should possess.

RAJEEV ARORA:

Sh. Rajeev Arora, son of Sh. Raja Ram Arora is a partner in the firm. He is 49 years of age and a commerce graduate. After completing his graduation in the year 1981 he joined his family business as partner in M/S Aanchal Silk Mills and joined M/s Punjab Woollen Manufacture. HE is mainly invovled in manufacturing process and finance.

RAJESH ARORA:

Sh. Rajesh Arora , son of Sh. Raja Ram Arora is a partner in the firm. He has wide and varies experience in the business of manufacturing and trading of high class suiting and shirting. Born in the year 1963, after completing his graduation in commerce in the year 1984, he joined his family concern M/s Kanpur Woollen Textile as a partner. Under the able guidance of his father and brothers , he learnt a lot about the business. He is fully trained dynamic businessman.

Saurabh Arora

Born on January 13 1985 was intuitive by nature as a child.He did his B.Com from DAV College Amritsar and pursued his post graduation from SVPITM,Coimbatore along with specialisation in marketing and finance. His education combined with the heritage of Sh.Raja Ram Arora imparted in him immense knowledge of textiles and business.He with his the help of his father sh.Rajeev Arora and his uncles Sh.lalit Arora and Sh.Rajesh Arora has helped to take the family business to greater heights by bringing Vinson And Young under the flagship of family's establishment.

Rachit Arora

Born in the year 1986,did his BBA from GNDU Amritsar and preceeded to do his MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute,Mumbai.This training blended with the business genetics learnt from his Grandfather Sh.Raja Ram Arora,his father Sh.Lalit Arora and his uncles Sh.Rajeev Arora and Sh.Rajesh Arora under the flagship of his family's establishment is working wonders.

Rishul Arora

Born on the 28th of June 1991 inherited a lineage of textile excellency and business values from his grandfather Sh.Raja Ram Arora,his father Sh.Rajesh Arora and his uncles Sh.Lalit Arora and Sh.Rajeev Arora.He is under constant guidance of his brothers Saurabh Arora and rachit Arora. An engineer in Computer Science And Technology from Daviet,Jalandhar he has developed a keen mind towards learning and is giving a new direction to the business thorough computer technology in the field of designing.He has joined the family business in the year 2013 and pursing his post graduation to gain the knowledge and further enhance the family's establishment.

MARKETING:

As the firm is already working and having a lot of market network and the partners of the firm have sufficient experience in the line and enjoys high goodwill in the market so there will be no problem of selling the products as the same are already being sold through already established networks.
